The Recipes – from salads to desserts!
I admit, I really liked this cookbook because I was looking for a way to get more vegetables into my diet. I had no idea, how many options this book was going to present. Sometimes the spirals are the feature of the dish, and other times they are used to cut down on cooking time (as well as look fantastic!). Here are some of the many options that you will have a chance to make in your own kitchen. I started out with Creamy Coleslaw because I love it as a side, but also on top of sandwiches. Who knew how incredible this machine could make your next coleslaw. Some other recipes include;
- Green Chile Hash Browns
- Cranberry-Maple Sweet Potato Hash
- Banh Mi Bowl
- Sweet’n’Spicy Beet Wraps (so beautiful and the sauce is amazing!)
- Three-Alarm Chili with Millet
- Spicy Potato Soft Tacos
- Chocolate-Beet Bundt Cake
And there are so many more recipes that you just have to check out this cookbook for yourself. You will be cooking up a lot more vegan dishes when you see how many ways that you can make fruits and vegetables the stars of the show. The Vegan Spiralizer Cookbook is an amazing cookbook to add to collection.
